Indiana High School Soccer - Taylor nudges Eastern

The Taylor Titans soccer team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Eastern Comets to 2 in the Titans league victory on Tuesday.

Next, the Titans face the Carroll Cougars (Flora, IN) in a Hoosier Heartland contest, on Thursday, September 8. Taylor will attempt to better on its 1-7 season record. The Cougars enter the contest with a 8-0 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Lafayette Central Catholic (Lafayette, IN).

The Comets now have a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they host Oak Hill for a non-league contest on Thursday, September 8. Eastern will face a Golden Eagles team coming off a 0-0 non-league Wabash (Wabash, IN). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 4-3.
