Next, the Knights confront the Plainfield North Tigers (Plainfield, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 8. Lincoln-Way Central will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 6-3 league win over Minooka (Minooka, IL).

The Griffins now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bloom for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 8. Lincoln-Way East will confront a Blazing Trojan team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL). The Blazing Trojan record now stands at 4-3.
