In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Austin Panthers (El Paso, TX) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Da Vinci (El Paso, TX), by a margin of 3-1.

Next up, the Panthers battle the Young Women's STEAM Research & Preparatory Academy Warriors (El Paso, TX) in a 4A Region I District 1 contest, on Friday, September 9. Austin will attempt to better on its 6-9 season record. The Warriors come into the contest with a 4-6 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Irvin (El Paso, TX).
