The Commerce Tigers held off the visiting Bonham Warriors volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Tigers now have a 7-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lone Oak for a 3A Region II District 12 test on Friday, September 9. Commerce will confront a Buffaloes team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Cumby (Cumby, TX). The Buffaloes record now stands at 7-16.

The Warriors (4-13) will now prepare for their test against Blue Ridge (Blue Ridge, TX). The Tigers enter the 3A Region II District 11 test with a 14-8 record. In their last test, Blue Ridge held off Collinsville (Collinsville, TX), 3-0, in a non-league test.
