Texas High School Volleyball - Brock overwhelmed by Melissa

In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting Melissa Cardinals volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Brock Eagles.

The Cardinals (19-11) will now prepare for their battle against Lovejoy (Lucas, TX). The Leopards come into the 5A Region II District 13 battle with a 13-12 record. In their last battle, Lovejoy defeated Boyd (McKinney, TX), 3-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Eagles encounter the Breckenridge Buckaroos (Breckenridge, TX) in a 3A Region I District 8 battle, on Wednesday, September 7. Brock will attempt to move on its 13-16 season record. The Buckaroos come into the battle with a 13-7 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Hawley (Hawley, TX).
