The Plainfield North Tigers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Joliet Central Steelmen to 0 in the Tigers league victory on Tuesday.

The Tigers now have a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Minooka for a Southwest Prairie game on Wednesday, September 7. Plainfield North will meet a Indians team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Lockport (Lockport, IL). The Indians record now stands at 3-6.

The Steelmen (1-7) will now prepare for their game against Plainfield South (Plainfield, IL). The Cougars enter the Southwest Prairie game with a 9-1 record. In their last game, Plainfield South dropped by Neuqua Valley (Naperville, IL), 2-1, in a non-league game.
