The South Plaquemines Hurricanes volleyball team (Buras, LA), was dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the host Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy Swamp Owls (Kenner, LA)

The Swamp Owls (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Academy of the Sacred Heart (New Orleans, LA). The Cardinals enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Academy of the Sacred Heart defeated St. Martin's Episcopal (Metairie, LA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Hurricanes meet the Fisher Gators (Lafitte, LA) in a Division IV District 7 challenge, on Tuesday, September 27. South Plaquemines will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record.
