Wheatland-Grinnell Thunderhawks (Grainfield, KS) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Logan/Palco (Logan, KS), 2-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Thunderhawks clash with the Quinter Bulldogs (Quinter, KS) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 6. Wheatland-Grinnell will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the match with a 1-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Rawlins County (Atwood, KS).

With the loss, Logan/Palco drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The travel to Sylvan-Lucas (Sylvan Grove, KS) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league match on Saturday, September 10.
