With the win, Palatka upgrades its record to 7-3 on the year. The Panthers travel to Hawthorne (Hawthorne, FL) to confront the Hornets in a non-league test on Thursday, September 7. The Hornets enter the test with a record of 1-0. Hawthorne won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Hope Christian Academy (Starke, FL)

The Yellow Jackets (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Orange Park (Orange Park, FL). The Raiders enter the non-league test with a 1-4 record.
