Colorado High School Softball - Ponderosa tipped by Castle View

In Wednesday's league contest, the Castle View Sabercats (Castle Rock, CO) softball team the host Ponderosa Mustangs (Parker, CO), by a margin of 3-1.

With the triumph, Castle View moves its record to 5-5 on the year. The Sabercats host Heritage (Littleton, CO) to play the Eagles in a 5A Continental contest on Monday, September 11. The Eagles come into the contest with a record of 8-4. Heritage won 10-1 in their recent non-league contest against Thomas Jefferson (Denver, CO)

In their next game, the Mustangs play the Fruita Monument Wildcats (Fruita, CO) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 8. Ponderosa will attempt to move on its 6-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the contest with a 5-1 record after their 26-5 non-league win over Smoky Hill (Aurora, CO).
