The Culver City Centaurs volleyball team (Culver City, CA), was nudged 3-2 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Windward Wildcats (Los Angeles, CA)

The Wildcats (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Venice (Los Angeles, CA). The Gondoliers enter the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Venice nipped University (Los Angeles, CA), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Centaurs encounter the Palos Verdes Sea Kings (Palos Verdes Estates, CA) in a Bay challenge, on Tuesday, September 12. Culver City will attempt to move on its 8-2 season record. The Sea Kings enter the challenge with a 7-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over South (Torrance, CA).
