The Kennedy Eagles volleyball team (Bloomington, MN), was dropped 3-1 in Wednesday's league challenge with the host DeLaSalle Islanders (Minneapolis, MN)

The Islanders (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Glencoe-Silver Lake (Glencoe, MN). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Glencoe-Silver Lake defeated Sibley East (Arlington, MN), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the Rockford Rockets (Rockford, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 9. Kennedy will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Rockets enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Maranatha Christian Academy (Brooklyn Park, MN).
