The Flanagan-Cornell Falcons topped the visiting Lowpoint-Washburn Wildcats volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Falcons now have a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tri-Valley for a Heart of Illinois test on Thursday, September 7. Flanagan-Cornell will confront a Vikings team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to St. Joseph-Ogden (St. Joseph, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 3-1.

The Wildcats (4-5) will now prepare for their test against Woodland (Streator, IL). The Warriors enter the Tri-County test with a 7-4 record. In their last test, Woodland gained a win over Leland (Leland, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
