Kansas High School Football - Andover Central defeats Hutchinson

September 6, 2024: Hutchinson, KS 67501

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Andover Central Jaguars football squad scored a good 37-7 victory over the Hutchinson Salthawks.

The Jaguars (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Newton (Newton, KS). The Railroaders enter the Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail Division II match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Newton was beaten by Maize South (Wichita, KS), 56-20, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Salthawks confront the Valley Center Hornets (Valley Center, KS) in a Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail Division I match, on Friday, September 13. Hutchinson will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Hornets enter the game with a 0-1 record after their 28-17 non-league loss to Eisenhower (Goddard, KS).
