The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Argo Argonauts (Summit, IL) and the visiting Bloom Blazing Trojan (Chicago Heights, IL), witnessed Argo's football squad topple Bloom by a count of 21-0.

The Argonauts (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Reavis (Burbank, IL). The Rams enter the South Suburban - Red contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Reavis thwarted Thornton (Harvey, IL), 21-0, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Blazing Trojan confront the Thornridge Falcons (Dolton, IL) in a Southland contest, on Saturday, September 21. Bloom will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
