The Arundel Wildcats were victorious over the visiting Glen Burnie Gophers football team by a score of 35-7 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Wildcats face the Broadneck Bruins (Annapolis, MD) in a Anne Arundel County challenge, on Friday, September 13. Arundel will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Bruins enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 28-13 non-league win over St. Mary's (Annapolis, MD).
The Gophers (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Annapolis (Annapolis, MD). The Panthers enter the Anne Arundel County challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Annapolis ran past Old Mill (Millersville, MD), 40-20, in a league challenge.
