The Polytech Panthers edged the host Bennett Clippers football team by a score of 23-19 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Panthers face the Wilmington Charter Force (Wilmington, DE) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 14. Polytech will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Force enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 12-7 non-league loss to First State Military Academy (Clayton, DE).
The Clippers (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Washington (Princess Anne, MD). The Jaguars enter the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Washington was edged by Colonel Richardson (Federalsburg, MD), 55-0, in a league challenge.
