The Boys Town Cowboys football squad scored 50 points and limited the visiting Syracuse Rockets to 14 in the Cowboys non-league triumph on Friday.

The Cowboys now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fort Calhoun for a non-league test on Friday, September 13. Boys Town will meet a Pioneers squad coming off a 42-6 non-league win over Roncalli Catholic (Omaha, NE). The Pioneers record now stands at 2-0.

With the defeat, Syracuse drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Rockets travel to Logan View/Scribner-Snyder (Hooper, NE) to meet the in a non-league test on Friday, September 13. The come into the test with a record of 0-2. Logan View/Scribner-Snyder lost 16-0 in their recent non-league test against Pierce (Pierce, NE)
