Ohio High School Football - Briggs trounces Franklin Heights

In Friday's non-league match, the host Briggs Bruins football squad scored a decisive 44-8 victory over the Franklin Heights Falcons.

The Bruins (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Marion-Franklin (Columbus, OH). The Red Devils enter the Columbus City - South match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Marion-Franklin routed Holy Name (Parma Heights, OH), 20-7, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Falcons confront the Westerville North Warriors (Westerville, OH) in a Ohio Capital - Capital match, on Friday, September 13. Franklin Heights will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Warriors enter the match with a 1-2 record after their 41-6 non-league loss to Bishop Watterson (Columbus, OH).
