California High School Football - Edison prevails Lakewood

September 6, 2024: Lakewood, CA 90713

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Edison Chargers football squad scored a good 29-15 triumph over the Lakewood Lancers.

The Chargers (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Palos Verdes (Palos Verdes Estates, CA). The Sea Kings come into the non-league match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Palos Verdes defeated Corona del Mar (Newport Beach, CA), 21-17, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Lancers confront the Mayfair Monsoons (Lakewood, CA) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 13. Lakewood will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Monsoons come into the match with a 2-1 record after their 49-28 non-league win over Cypress (Cypress, CA).
