North Carolina High School Football - Pine Forest beat Gray's Creek

September 6, 2024: Hope Mills, NC 28348

The Pine Forest Trojans football squad scored 61 points and limited the host Gray's Creek Bears to 49 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Friday.

The Trojans now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westover for a 3A/4A All-American test on Friday, September 20. Pine Forest will meet a Wolverines squad coming off a 50-20 non-league win over Fairmont (Fairmont, NC). The Wolverines record now stands at 3-0.

With the defeat, Gray's Creek drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Bears host Purnell Swett (Pembroke, NC) to confront the Rams in a 3A/4A United 8 match on Friday, September 20. The Rams come into the match with a record of 2-1. Purnell Swett won 21-7 in their recent non-league match against Red Springs (Red Springs, NC)
