In Friday's non-league match, the host Greater Lawrence Tech Reggies football squad scored a close 29-22 triumph over the Wakefield Memorial Warriors.
The Reggies (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Hamilton-Wenham Regional (South Hamilton, MA). The Generals come into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Hamilton-Wenham Regional was nudged by Triton Regional (Byfield, MA), 37-6, in a league match.
