The Guilford Park Panther were victorious over the visiting Hammond Golden Bears football team by a score of 34-8 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Panther face the Patterson Clippers (Baltimore, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 13. Guilford Park will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Clippers enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 8-6 non-league win over Lake Clifton (Baltimore, MD).
The Golden Bears (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Oakland Mills (Columbia, MD). The Scorpions enter the Howard County challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Oakland Mills ran past Reservoir (Fulton, MD), 33-0, in a league challenge.
