The Pymatuning Valley Lakers football squad scored 34 points and limited the host Jefferson Area Falcons to 6 in the Lakers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Lakers now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Rootstown for a non-league test on Friday, September 13. Pymatuning Valley will meet a Rovers squad coming off a 21-0 non-league loss to Field (Mogadore, OH). The Rovers record now stands at 1-2.
With the defeat, Jefferson Area drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Falcons host Harvey (Painesville, OH) to meet the Red Raiders in a non-league test on Friday, September 13. The Red Raiders come into the test with a record of 1-2. Harvey won 22-13 in their recent non-league test against Edgewood (Ashtabula, OH)
