Texas High School Football - McKinney North loses to Northwest

Northwest Texans (Justin, TX) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting McKinney North Bulldogs (McKinney, TX), 37-14 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Northwest advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Texans host Keller (Keller, TX) to encounter the Indians in a 6A Region I District 4 battle on Friday, September 13. The Indians go into the battle with a record of 1-1. Keller won 34-28 in their recent non-league battle against Bowie (Arlington, TX)

The Bulldogs now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Lone Star for a 5A-1 Region II District 5 battle on Thursday, September 12. McKinney North will encounter a Rangers team coming off a 63-10 non-league win over Garland (Garland, TX). The Rangers record now stands at 2-0.
