Stark Generals (Weare, NH) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Merrimack Valley The Pride (Penacook, NH), 14-6 in a league battle.

With the win, Stark improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Generals travel to Pelham (Pelham, NH) to play the Pythons in a Division II - West battle on Friday, September 13. The Pythons go into the battle with a record of 1-0. Pelham won 34-13 in their recent league battle against Bow (Bow, NH)

The The Pride now have a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Bow for a Division II - East battle on Friday, September 13. Merrimack Valley will play a Falcons team coming off a 34-13 league loss to Pelham (Pelham, NH). The Falcons record now stands at 0-1.
