The Monroe Redhawks (Monroe, NC) football trounced the visiting Rocky River Ravens (Mint Hill, NC), 62-0 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Redhawks now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host East Mecklenburg for a non-league outing on Friday, September 13. Monroe will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 35-14 non-league loss to Parkwood (Monroe, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 0-3.

With the defeat, Rocky River drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Ravens travel to Berry (Charlotte, NC) to clash with the Cardinals in a non-league outing on Friday, September 13. The Cardinals come into the outing with a record of 1-1. Berry lost 21-15 in their recent non-league outing against Hopewell (Huntersville, NC)
