The Talihina Golden Tigers (Talihina, OK) football knocked off the visiting Porter Pirates (Porter, OK), 45-25 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Golden Tigers now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Non Varsity Opponent for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 19.

With the defeat, Porter drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Pirates host Hulbert (Hulbert, OK) to clash with the Riders in a non-league challenge on Friday, September 13. The Riders go into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Hulbert won 48-28 in their recent non-league challenge against Caney Valley (Ramona, OK)
