The Ridgevue Warhawks walloped the visiting Wood River Wolverines football team by a score of 40-7 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Warhawks face the Emmett Huskies (Emmett, ID) in a 5A High Country challenge, on Friday, September 13. Ridgevue will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Huskies enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 42-35 non-league win over Burley (Burley, ID).

The Wolverines (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Filer (Filer, ID). The Wildcats enter the 4A Great Basin challenge with a 0-2 record.
