Michigan High School Football - Walled Lake Central prevails Walled Lake Northern

In Friday's league match, the host Walled Lake Central Vikings football squad scored a good 28-7 triumph over the Walled Lake Northern Knights.

The Vikings (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Mott (Waterford, MI). The Corsairs come into the Lakes Valley match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Mott was beaten by South Lyon (South Lyon, MI), 16-14, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Knights confront the South Lyon East Cougars (South Lyon, MI) in a Lakes Valley match, on Friday, September 13. Walled Lake Northern will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Cougars come into the match with a 0-2 record after their 21-6 league loss to Milford (Highland, MI).
