The Antioch Sequoits football squad scored 51 points and limited the host Zion-Benton Zee-Bees to 6 in the Sequoits non-league triumph on Friday.
The Sequoits now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lemont for a non-league test on Saturday, September 14. Antioch will meet a Lemont HS squad coming off a 12-8 non-league win over Geneva (Geneva, IL). The Lemont HS record now stands at 1-1.
With the defeat, Zion-Benton drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Zee-bees host Mundelein (Mundelein, IL) to meet the Mustangs in a non-league test on Friday, September 13. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 1-0.
