Canisteo-Greenwood Chargers (Canisteo, NY) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Letchworth Legends (Gainesville, NY), 5-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Canisteo-Greenwood advances its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Genesee Valley (Belmont, NY) to clash with the Jaguars in a non-league test on Monday, September 16. The Jaguars come into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Legends now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Wayland-Cohocton for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 10.
