With the triumph, Western Reserve Academy advances its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Pioneers host Padua Franciscan (Parma, OH) to clash with the Bruins in a non-league test on Monday, September 9. The Bruins come into the test with a record of 1-6. Padua Franciscan lost 4-3 in their recent league test against Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin (Chardon, OH)

The Hawks now have a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Tuscarawas Valley for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 10. Hiland will clash with a Trojans team coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Minerva (Minerva, OH). The Trojans record now stands at 4-0.
