The Montgomery Vikings (Santa Rosa, CA) football knocked off the host Sonoma Valley Dragons (Sonoma, CA), 45-20 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Vikings now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Napa for a non-league outing on Friday, September 13. Montgomery will clash with a Grizzlies squad coming off a 13-6 non-league loss to Analy (Sebastopol, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 1-1.

With the defeat, Sonoma Valley drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Justin-Siena (Napa, CA) to clash with the Braves in a non-league outing on Friday, September 13. The Braves come into the outing with a record of 1-1. Justin-Siena won 14-6 in their recent non-league outing against St. Patrick-St. Vincent (Vallejo, CA)
