With the win, Sotomayor improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Wolves host Marquez (Huntington Park, CA) to face the Gladiators in a test on Monday, September 16. The Gladiators go into the test with a record of 0-2.

The Bobcats now own a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Roybal for a test on Monday, September 9. Robert F. Kennedy Community will face a Titans squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Santee (Los Angeles, CA). The Titans record now stands at 0-2.
