New Mexico High School Soccer - Atrisco Heritage Academy held off by Albuquerque Academy

In Friday's non-league contest, the Albuquerque Academy Chargers (Albuquerque, NM) soccer team edged the visiting Atrisco Heritage Academy Jaguars (Albuquerque, NM), by a tally of 3-2.

Next, the Chargers face the Farmington Scorpions (Farmington, NM) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 12. Albuquerque Academy will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Scorpions enter the contest with a 2-3 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Bayfield (Bayfield, CO).

The Jaguars (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM). The Bears enter the non-league contest with a 5-0 record.
