The Cross Roads Bobcats topped the host Rice Bulldogs volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Friday's non-league game.
Next up, the Bobcats face the Wortham Bulldogs (Wortham, TX) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 10. Cross Roads will attempt to advance on its 10-5 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 9-12 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Teague (Teague, TX).
The Bulldogs (16-7) will now prepare for their game against Grandview (Grandview, TX). The Zebras go into the 3A Region III District 18 game with a 19-8 record.
