Kentucky High School Volleyball - Franklin County over Mercer County

The Franklin County Flyers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Mercer County Titans to 0 in the Flyers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Flyers now possess a 14-1 record. They play next when they host Harrison County for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 7. Franklin County will play a Thorobreds team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Lexington Christian (Lexington, KY). The Thorobreds record now stands at 5-4.

With the loss, Mercer County drops to 4-2 on the campaign. The Titans host Rockcastle County (Mt. Vernon, KY) to play the Rockets in a non-league outing on Monday, September 9. The Rockets come into the outing with a record of 5-1. Rockcastle County won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against South Laurel (London, KY)
