The San Clemente Tritons (San Clemente, CA) volleyball knocked off the host Yucaipa Thunderbirds (Yucaipa, CA), 2-0 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Tritons now possess a 11-7 record. They play next when they travel to Chaparral for a non-league bout on Friday, September 6. San Clemente will clash with a Pumas team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Santiago (Corona, CA). The Pumas record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Yucaipa drops to 12-2 on the campaign. The Thunderbirds travel to Mater Dei (Santa Ana, CA) to clash with the Monarchs in a non-league bout on Friday, September 6.
