The Travelers Rest Devildogs edged the visiting Woodmont Wildcats volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next up, the Devildogs face the Boiling Springs Bulldogs (Spartanburg, SC) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 6. Travelers Rest will attempt to advance on its 3-5 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 2-2 record after their 3-2 league loss to Eastside (Taylors, SC).
With the defeat, Woodmont falls to 2-9 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Riverside (Greer, SC) to confront the Warriors in a non-league match on Monday, September 15. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 8-6.
