The Antwerp Archers overwhelmed the host Hilltop Cadets football squad by a margin of 44-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Archers now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Edgerton for a Green Meadows test on Friday, September 12. Antwerp will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 29-28 non-league win over Montpelier (Montpelier, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-0.
With the defeat, Hilltop drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Cadets travel to Whiteford (Ottawa Lake, MI) to face the Bobcats in a Tri-County challenge on Friday, September 12. The Bobcats enter the challenge with a record of 1-1. Whiteford lost 43-14 in their recent non-league challenge against Harbor Beach (Harbor Beach, MI)
