In Saturday's league match, the host Lincoln Patriots football squad scored a good 50-31 triumph over the O'Gorman Knights.
The Patriots (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Roosevelt (Sioux Falls, SD). The Rough Riders come into the Metro match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Roosevelt was beaten by Jefferson (Sioux Falls, SD), 47-0, in a league match.
