In Saturday's league match, the visiting Oswego Panthers flag football squad scored a good 36-6 triumph over the Plainfield East Bengals.

The Panthers (4-2) will now prepare for their match against Rosary (Aurora, IL). The Royals come into the non-league match with a 3-2 record. In their last match, Rosary defeated Resurrection (Chicago, IL), 26-6, in a league match.

Next up, the Bengals play the Plainfield South Cougars (Plainfield, IL) in a battle, on Wednesday, September 10. Plainfield East will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Cougars go into the battle with a 2-3 record after their 12-6 league loss to Oswego (Oswego, IL).
