The Thornton Trojans flag football squad scored 40 points and limited the host Skyview Wolverines to 6 in the Trojans league triumph on Saturday.

The Trojans now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Legacy for a 5A/4A Northern Colorado test on Wednesday, September 10.

With the defeat, Skyview drops to 0-1 on the year. The Wolverines host Eagle Ridge Academy (Brighton, CO) to face the Warriors in a 5A/4A Northern Colorado challenge on Wednesday, September 10. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 1-4. Eagle Ridge Academy lost 20-7 in their recent league challenge against Poudre School District (Fort Collins, CO)
