In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Perry Panthers soccer squad scored a tight 4-1 victory over the Austintown-Fitch Falcons.
The Panthers (6-1) will now prepare for their outing against Jackson (Massillon, OH). The Polar Bears go into the Federal outing with a 3-3 record. In their last outing, Jackson got by Brunswick (Brunswick, OH), 1-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Falcons confront the Howland Tigers (Warren, OH) in a All-American outing, on Monday, September 8. Austintown-Fitch will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Tigers come into the test with a 3-1 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Louisville (Louisville, OH).
