Harding Raiders (Warren, OH) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they observed their football squad nudge the host Perry Panthers (Massillon, OH), 20-13 in a non-league test.

The Raiders now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host St. Vincent-St. Mary for a non-league test on Saturday, September 13.

With the defeat, Perry drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to McKinley (Canton, OH) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 18. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
