In their next game, the Indians face the Red Land Patriots (Lewisberry, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 15. Waynesboro will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Patriots enter the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 34-13 non-league win over Gettysburg (Gettysburg, PA).

With the defeat, Shippensburg drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Greyhounds host Palmyra (Palmyra, PA) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 13. The Cougars come into the outing with a record of 0-0.
