The Amundsen Vikings volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Rickover Naval Seadragons to 0 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Vikings now have a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lane Tech for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 6. Amundsen will play a Champions squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over DePaul College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Champions record now stands at 5-1.

The Seadragons (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Westinghouse (Chicago, IL). The Warriors go into the game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Westinghouse went down by Whitney Young (Chicago, IL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
