Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Clovis Wildcats (Clovis, NM) and the host Fort Sumner Foxes/Vixens (Fort Sumner, NM), observed Clovis's volleyball team top Fort Sumner by a tally of 2-0.

The Wildcats (5-1) will now prepare for their test against Artesia (Artesia, NM). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record.

The Foxes/Vixens now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Estancia for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 9. Fort Sumner will meet a Bears team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Santa Fe Prep (Santa Fe, NM). The Bears record now stands at 1-4.
