Muncie Burris Owls (Muncie, IN) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Greenfield-Central Cougars (Greenfield, IN), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Owls (8-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Delta (Muncie, IN). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Delta beat Jay County (Portland, IN), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cougars play the Shelbyville Golden Bears (Shelbyville, IN) in a challenge, on Thursday, September 18. Greenfield-Central will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record.
